About us

We are a professional family business that have been established for 6 years.

Jorge is of Spanish origin and Mel of Greek Cypriot origin. Catering and a passion for food runs in our family.

Jorge's grandmother Maria was a professional cook in Spain and our Paellas are made with her original and authentic recipe passed down through the generations. Our spices and rice are imported directly from Spain. This helps to make our ""Sofrito"" (sauce) and therefore our Paellas, incredibly tasting and authentic (Autentico!)

Mel's father Chrysanthos, was in the catering business all of his working life and owned a restaurant in Edgware in the 1970's and 80's.

Jorge and I met in a restaurant and the rest is history!
